Return & Refund Terms – Rooted in Integrity

At Vibhusshaam, each product is infused with intention, blessed energy, and sacred care. Due to the spiritual nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy except in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or incorrect:

• Email us at help@vibhusshaam.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging.

If eligible, we will:

• Replace the item free of charge
  OR

• Provide a full refund to your original payment method (processing may take 5–7 working days)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Used, opened, or handled spiritual items (bracelets, pyramids, yantras, etc.)

• Items returned without prior approval

• Delays caused by courier services or delivery refusal

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order is considered final.
